One of my favorite subjects is family and capturing little personalities. My cousin Colleen and her husband Brian live up north and these are their two adorable little girls, Charlotte and Annabella. They brought the girls down for Charlotte’s 1st birthday celebration so I took it as an opportunity to practice my photography! Some of it was difficult as it was indoors. Indoor photography is not a preference of mine, especially since I did not have my flash with me.
Kids are probably my favorite subject. They don’t worry about their surroundings, or their appearance, and there is an innocence about them that shows through the lens. All that equals great shots!
